Morgans Hotel Group has announced plans to open its first Mondrian hotel in Europe, located on London’s River Thames. The 360-room hotel will occupy Sea Containers, which developers are transforming into a mixed-used building that will also house office space. The Light Group will lead the charge on Mondrian’s restaurant, ground-floor bar, and rooftop bar. The hotel is expected to open in early 2014.
