Hospitality technology solutions company Monscierge formally announces Peter F. Klebanoff as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Vice-President Of Sales for the Americas division.
“OTAs are creating environments designed to disconnect hotels and brands from their guests,” says Klebanoff. “Hospitality enterprises need a compelling alternative that will offer more of a personal connection and value – an aspect these other third parties can’t provide – in order to overcome this assault on their business; to foster a more meaningful engagement to enhance the guest experience.” Monscierge aims to help bridge the growing gap between hotel brands and their guests. Monscierge designs a suite of software solutions for hotels to brand as their own series of ‘elegant connections’ that reach their guests and connect their staff through digital lobby displays and mobile technologies.
The recently-appointed CSMO with 30 years in and around hospitality operations and technology said, “The opportunity to work with an organization that prizes agility, simplicity, innovations and service is a great thing. I’m thrilled to have the chance to help customers develop plans to adopt an extremely well thought-out and elegant solution, backed by a long-term vision for progression and an eye towards evolving technologies.” Never one to forget what he does for a living, Klebanoff added, “Of course – from a sales perspective – it didn’t hurt that the solution is being so well received in the industry.”
Monscierge has spent several years conducting research, monitoring usability and ultimately developing what a number of industry leaders agree is the most intuitive and comprehensive end-to-end, cloud-based touch and mobile technology application to maintain the hotel brand’s connection to guests.
Klebanoff assumes responsibility for the sales and marketing-related strategy of the company, execution across the Americas and coordinating with the EMEA offices to ensure a robust and consistent global offering for Monscierge’s global client base. Klebanoff’s background includes a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration, five years in front office/housekeeping management at various Marriott properties, and 25 years working with major hospitality brands to develop technology deployments. Klebanoff will remain based in Sioux Falls, SD.
