Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has opened the Mövenpick Hotel Paris Neuilly, its first hotel in the city. In summer 2013, the property will embark on a multimillion-dollar renovation-overseen by London-based Ara Design-reflective of its prestigious location. Each of the 281 guestrooms and 19 suites will celebrate Parisian style with custom-designed chaise lounges, soft tone French-made fabrics, and unique three-dimensional wall features inspired by traditional molded wallcoverings. Artwork will capture Parisian finesse through subtle French motifs and contemporary flourishes. Meanwhile, shower rooms will feature distinctive glass panels showcasing an abstract frosted image depicting a map of Paris.
