Southern California firm sfa design has signed on to provide interior design services for a 5-Star resort in Windhoek, Namibia. The 136-room Eliakim Namundjebo Plaza Hotel will subtly incorporate elements of its desert oasis locale in a building designed by local firm Jaco Wasserfall Architects. A jewel box-inspired soaring glass atrium serves as the property’s finest gem, where hanging glass pendants replicate water raining down. Clean lines, an open layout, rich marble and glass accents, and natural works of art further define the hotel’s refined design.
