Located in the heart of th Gulf Opportunity Zone created to stimulate economic development post Hurricane Katrina, the property is situated within Encore’s 150-acre master planned, mixed-use Lakeview Village. The hotel’s lobby, sporting Marriott’s new open, bright lobby design, features a lounge, restaurant, and bar. Other amenities include a business center, indoor pool, exercise room, and business center.
