Bellstar Hotels & Resorts is developing a resort on the Kokanee Springs Golf Course in Crawford Bay, British Columbia. Phase one will comprise six cottages set in the woodlands surrounding the course and will have bright loft-like bedrooms, upscale appliances, and outdoor fireplaces on a deck. The first phase also calls for 12 villas perched on the 1st tee ridge. The accommodations are expected to open within the year; a residential component will also be part of the resort.
Resort amenities will include a clubhouse facility with pool, fitness center, hot tub, signature restaurant, and conference space.
