A group of developers and Marriott International have announced plans for a 377-room hotel tower adjacent to L.A. Live. The 22-story high rise will house Marriott’s Courtyard and Residence Inn brands. Guests will have access to amenities such as meeting space, a spa, and dining venues at the adjacent JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels.
Construction on the 300,000-square-foot building is expected to begin in March 2012, with the grand opening slated for March 2014.
