InterContinental Paris Avenue Marceau has opened its doors as the brand’s second hotel in the city. The 55-room hotel is located in three heritage buildings from different periods in Paris’s history and overlooks a central courtyard. It has two penthouse suites, including a terrace suite with a private roof patio looking onto the Eiffel Tower.
Designed by Bruno Borrione, part of Philippe Starck‘s team, the hotel is a mix of French classical and urban contemporary design, combining classically inspired features such as Venetian Renaissance frescos with modern furniture and décor. Each bedroom offers luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding made by Missoni and Kenzo, as well as Hermès bathroom products. All of the suites are equipped with Bang & Olufsen sound systems and Nespresso coffee machines. Other facilities include meeting suites accessible through a separate entrance; gym; and conservatory restaurant Le M64, which opens on to the courtyard and offers outdoor seating in the summer months.
