New World Beijing Hotel will open in October as the first 5-Star hotel in Chongwenmen, one of Beijing’s fastest growing commercial areas. It will follow a $78 million renovation to sister properties in Shanghai, Dalian, and Manila.
The hotel’s low-rise design houses 309 guestrooms and suites ranging from 505 square feet to 4,305 square feet. Occupying over 10,763 square feet, the Living room’s outdoor terrace will also debut as the largest hotel executive floor terrace among Beijing’s deluxe hotels.
Four dining outlets distinguish the hotel, including INK, the hotel’s open-air rooftop lounge; the Lobby lounge; an all-day café; and a 200-seat Chinese restaurant with nine private dining rooms. New World Hotel Beijing will also include 113,473 square feet of meeting, conference, and banquet spaces. Additional facilities will include the Residence club executive floors, health club, spa, and an indoor swimming pool.
