Highgate Holdings and Rockpoint Group have acquired the 1,300-room Milford Plaza Hotel in New York City. The historic property, which has been closed for nearly a year, will undergo a major makeover to is infrastructure, guestrooms, and public spaces. A restaurant and retail components are also in the works.
