Renovations are now complete on Noble House Collection’s Edgewater Hotel in Seattle and the Riviera Palm Springs resort in Palm Springs, California.
Reflecting an idyllic Northwest feel, Edgewater’s 223 guestrooms and suites feature earth tones accented with red. Metal-studded, winged headboards, contemporary forest-printed drapery, steel and wood desks, birch wallpaper, and cloud-white desk chairs provide modern appeal.
Meeting and event spaces were also enhanced. The redesigned Terrace room and Olympic ballroom include slate tile, exotic wood trim, and an ivy-patterned carpet. 


The multi-million dollar recapitalization of the Riviera Palm Springs resort includes the Chiki Bar and pool. Paying homage to the Chi Chi nightclub, the palapa-style Chiki Bar features lush landscaping and mid-century inspired progressive art. A pool deck includes 200 lounge chairs, eight signature cabanas, two fire pits, and a Watsu pool.
