NYLO Hotels is planning its third hotel in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, the NYLO Dallas South Side. It will be the brand’s first conversion property and first hotel to pursue LEED Silver certification. The five-story, 76-room NYLO hotel, developed by Matthews Southwest, will offer signature experiences such as the lobby bar and restaurant, as well as an incredible rooftop housing an infinity pool and an enclosed bar and lounge with fully operable glass walls designed to take full advantage of one of the best views of downtown Dallas.
The hotel will break ground in the first quarter of 2011 and open a year later.
