Occidental Vacation Club (OVC) has completed the first phase of a $1.4 million renovation to its Grand Punta Cana Beach Club. In the fall, the Beach Club renovation will be quickly followed by updates to the First Club Lounge.
Open to OVC Grand Level Members, the Grand Punta Cana Beach Club is entered through a covered walkway leading to a palm-lined beach with covered lounges and private cabanas. An expanded, thatched-roof bar and beach views compliment two beachside Jacuzzis. When the First Club renovation is completed it will offer a new neutral palette splashed with tropical colors.
OVC, a division of Occidental Hotels and Resorts (Madrid) includes resorts in Aruba, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, Colombia, and Mexico. Other OVC resorts will see changes as well, including a new Beach Club, Infinity Pool, and First Club enhancements at Allegro Playacar and plans for renovations at Grand Punta Cana’s Royal Club as well.
