Wilson Associates has appointed Olivier Chavy as CEO. Effective July 31st, Chavy will bring to the firm 25 years of experience in brand building and development in the luxury hospitality industry.

Chavy previously served as international head of global brand performance of luxury and lifestyle brands for Hilton Worldwide, where he led brand performance teams for nearly 50 Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts and Conrad Hotels worldwide. In this role, Chavy was responsible for leading all pre-opening processes⎯⎯including interior design positioning, room mock up and public spaces review, product positioning, pre-opening budget and marketing activities for new properties, and global luxury brands performance for opened and trading properties. Prior to this role, Chavy served as senior vice president of Hilton Grand Vacations Resorts and area vice president of hotel operations for Hilton hotels.
