Omni Hotels & Resorts has broken on the 21-story Omni Nashville Hotel, located across the developing Music City convention center project. The hotel, designed by HKS Hill Glazier Studio toward LEED Silver standards, will feature 800 guestrooms, more than 80,000 square feet of meeting and event space, pool deck, fitness center, and a Mokara signature spa. Natural materials such as regional limestone, as well as exposed steel, will define the hotel.
