The Orlando World Center Marriott has announced phase one’s completion of a multi-million dollar renovation. Enhancements include the North Tower guestrooms and meeting spaces, Hall of Cities meeting rooms, the guest suites, an on-site Starbucks, and an expanded lawn and pool deck.
With 504 guestrooms and 10 suites, the North Tower has been completely renovated to include all soft goods and casegoods. The other 110 guest suites now include tropical elements with aqua, russet, and neutral colors. Featuring nine suite types, the contemporary options include the 4,000-square-foot International suite and the 477-square-foot Promenade suites.

The 13 adjacent meeting rooms to the North Tower have been refurbished with new carpet, air-walls, vinyl, and electronic door cards. Orlando World Center’s 14 Hall of Cities meeting rooms, which lead to the hotel’s 230,000-square-foot ballroom, are also among the refurbishments. Among the added amenities is a pool deck with high performance pavers and tiered seating.
Phase two, opening to guests later this year, will renovate the Falls Pool and Splash Zone. A new icon slide tower, featuring two 200-foot waterslides and one 90-foot waterslide, is expected to debut on June 1st of this year. An urban Italian restaurant, Siro, will also add to the 10 restaurants available on site.
