The International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) has named OW Lee 2010 Manufacturer of the Year. Manufacturers were judged on design and quality of products, merchandising, customer service, ethics, communications, and trade relations. “Although we had a trying year with demand exceeding supply, we worked really hard to keep our customers updated and informed on order status,” notes Terri Lee Rogers, co-owner and vice president of sales and marketing for OW Lee.
