Ontario, California-based outdoor furniture manufacturer OW Lee was honored with the Manufacturer of the Year Award for 2013 at the ICFA Apollo Awards.
One manufacturer was honored in each of eight categories, and manufacturers were then judged on the following categories: design and quality of products, merchandising, customer service, ethics, communications, and trade relations.
“We are very honored to be awarded Manufacturer of the Year,” says Terri Lee Rogers, president of OW Lee Co. “All of our employees work really hard to deliver the best and so this award means a lot to each and every one of us.” This is OW Lee’s second year in a row winning this award, and they received the Manufacturer of the Year Award in 2010.
OW Lee was founded in 1947 in Pasadena, California, and is known for manufacturing wrought iron and wrought aluminum outdoor furniture and fire pits in Ontario, one of the few remaining companies in the outdoor furniture industry that still work in the U.S.
