Pan Pacific Singapore has reopened its doors after a comprehensive five-month transformation. The design team included Australian firm CHADA on the lobby, guestrooms, and club level; Wilson Associates’ Blueplate Studios on restaurants; and Ong & Ong Architects for the overall architecture design.

A refreshed arrival experience now includes hotel associates individually checking in guests in with an iPad versus the traditional reception counter. Anchoring the lobby is a 72-foot-long bar, complemented by handmade timber pods with modular seating arrangements.

The makeover also introduced new F&B concepts: signature restaurant Hai Tien Lo; Edge, an interactive dining space featuring seven open kitchens; Atrium bar; and Pacific Marketplace. On the top floor, the exclusive Pacific Club provides views of the surrounding Marina Bay district and the South China Sea. In addition, the hotel’s 790 guestrooms received upgrades, including a Herman Miller desk chair bathrooms equipped with Hans Grohe fixtures.
