Sol Melia has announced plans for Paradisus Papagayo Bay in Costa Rica, slated to open in July 2013. The luxury eco-resort-whose design cascades to the beach below-will feature 381 guestrooms and suites, YHI Spa and Health Club, five restaurants and five bars, and 29,000 square feet of meeting facilities.
