Park Hotel Group has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Ascendas Hospitality Trust (Ahtrust) to sell Park Hotel Clarke Quay. Located on the Singapore River in Clarke Quay, Singapore, the hotel is set at a purchase price of $242 million.
The 336-room hotel is the first green field hotel project by Park Hotel Group and will continue to be operated by the group as the Park Hotel Clarke Quay.

The group will continue to own and operate seven other Park-branded hotels in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. Opening in 2015, the Park Hotel Alexandra and Park Hotel Farrer Park will add to the group’s portfolio in Singapore.
