A Park Hyatt is slated to open on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts in 2015. The hotel will be part of Christophe Harbour, a 2,500-acre master planned community currently under development that will offer a golf course, beach club, and super-yacht marina. Dewan Architects will design the hotel in two phases. Plans call for 200 guestrooms and suites, 50 residences, a spa, three F&B venues, and more than 7,000 square feet of event space.
