Hyatt Hotels has signed a management agreement for the 247-key Park Hyatt Qingdao in China’s Shandong Province. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use development, occupying the upper levels of an 820-foot-tall skyscraper. Amenities call for multiple F&B venues, function space, a pool, and a spa.
