Pentahotels is set to manage pentahotel Luohe in China’s Henan Province, opening in 2016.

Pentahotel Luohe will join new Chinese pentahotels in Guiyang and Shenyang⎯⎯both opening in 2014. The move is a part of the brand’s global growth goal of 80 pentahotels worldwide, in operation, or under development by 2020.
Set on the top floors of a 37-story complex, the 224-room hotel will join an office, residence, and a shopping mall. The 590-foot-high structure is anticipated to be the tallest building in the city and a new landmark for Luohe.
“Given that pentahotel Luohe will be in such a visible and high-profile landmark, it is destined to become a popular local gathering place, in keeping with our brand identity as a neighborhood lifestyle hotel,” says Sonia Cheng, CEO of Rosewood Hotel Group, pentahotels’ management company.
