SLS South Beach has unveiled Clyde, a new meeting and event space. The poolside space offers more than 1,500 square feet of prefunction and breakout space and can accommodate up to 200 attendees.

Meeting rooms at all SLS properties are named after famous monkeys throughout time. The name Clyde comes from Clint Eastwood’s orangutan sidekick in the movie Every Which Way But Loose.

Designed by New York-based Philippe Starck, Clyde offers several contemporary options of furniture for hosting meetings, conferences, receptions, and corporate functions. Other highlights include culinary creations from chef José Andrés, full-scale A/V expertise, prefunction and breakout space, and full-service bars.
