Ponte Vineyard Inn will open May 4th next to Ponte Vineyard in Temecula, California. The mission-style boutique hotel’s 60 guestrooms feature balconies or patios that provide views of the surrounding 300-acre vineyard. In addition, two Grand Suites boast 1,360 square feet of space, including a fireplace, living room, dining room, fully stocked wine and beverage refrigerator, butler’s pantry, master bath, and built-in closet. The property also has added a second restaurant and bar known as the Cellar Lounge.
Sustainability plays a role in the hotel’s operations, with initiatives such as LED lighting, use of recycled and natural materials, and green waste from the kitchen composted back to the vineyard. Between the Inn and vineyards lies a 1/4-acre pond, which will serve as a reservoir for rainwater run-off from the hotel roof and be used to irrigate the gardens and vineyard.
