The mid-century surfer-style Postcard Inn in St. Pete Beach, Florida, is now a member of the Ascend Hotel Collection, Choice Hotels’ portfolio of independent hotels. Owned by Starwood Capital Group, the property–built in the 1950s-underwent a transformation in 2009 to showcase vintage flair. Many of the 196 guestrooms feature surfboards anchored to the wall and standing upright in the corner.
Amenities include two gyms, a courtyard, vintage photo booth, game room, business center, library, two F&B venues: PCI Bar & Grill and PCI Snack Shack. Function space is set both indoors and outdoors, from a ballroom and executive boardroom to a garden and beach.
