Bob Puccini, president and CEO of San Francisco-based restaurant design, concept, and operations firm Puccini Group, has appointed Amy Jakubowski as the company’s new partner and managing director. Jakubowski joins Puccini Group from New York-based BBG-BBGM, where she worked for 17 years and served as partner for the last 10 years.

Jakubowski’s breadth of experience and demonstrated leadership will bolster Puccini Group at a time of significant domestic and international growth for the company, says Puccini.

“Amy’s long history of success as an industry leader, in both the US and in international markets, paired with her extensive background in the hotel sector, makes her an exciting addition to our company,” Puccini adds. “As we look to expand Puccini Group’s footprint of successful restaurants and social spaces across the world, her commitment to cultivating substantial and lasting relationships will be an asset.” 

In joining the company, Jakubowski will manage a growing team of talent who will lead Puccini Group into key markets such as Russia, South America, and Europe and will help to further expand the company’s presence in the Middle East and Asia. Jakubowski will officially join the team in January 2014.
