Qantas will build a new 600-seat business lounge at Los Angeles International Airport that will more than double the size of the airline’s current venue. Plans call for a central glass atrium, circular internal fireplace, dining area with views to the kitchen, and a wine bar. A mix of local and Asian flavors will influence the menu.
The business lounge will open in phases from April 2014, with the final phase scheduled for completion in the second half of 2014. A Qantas First Lounge also open at LAX in the second half of 2014.
