Rezidor Hotel Group is making plans for the Radisson Blu, Belgrade in Serbia, scheduled to open in Q4 2013. The property-located next to the city’s convention center-will incorporate an existing historical mill, along with 236 guestrooms, a restaurant and bar, nearly 6,500 square feet of meeting space, and a wellness area.
