Carlson Rezidor is set to open the Radisson Blu Palace Hotel Noordwijk aan Zee in the Netherlands. Debuting in February 2014, the hotel will bring Carlson Rezidor’s portfolio in the Benelux region to 15 properties in operation and under development.
“We are delighted to welcome the Palace Hotel, which is a local landmark and flagship in Noordwijk. Such high quality conversions are an essential part of our Route 2015 program⎯⎯targeting increased profitability and an uplift of our EBITDA margin by 6 to 8 percent by the year 2015,” says Wolfgang M. Neumann, president and CEO of Rezidor.
The Radisson Blu Palace Hotel is located in the center of Noordwijk aan Zee, considered the ‘Beach of Amsterdam’ due to its eight miles of coastline. The beachfront and promenade, as well as Noordwijk’s main shopping and retail area, are within walking distance.
Besides 120 rooms, the Radisson Blu offers a brasserie with terrace, an à-la-carte restaurant and bar, and 12,916 square feet of event facilities including 11 meeting rooms and two board rooms.
