The Rezidor Hotel Group has announced plans for a 142-room property in Nantes, France. The hotel, scheduled to open in 2013, will occupy the city’s landmark Palais de Justice building. French interior designer Jean-Philippe Nuel has been tasked with creating a sophisticated, contemporary space that reflects the local culture and historical aspects of the structure. Amenities will include an all-day-dining restaurant in the former courtroom, a bar, 3,400 square feet of meeting space, a spa, and a cultural center.
