The Rezidor Hotel Group will rebrand the existing Chedi Milan hotel as the Radisson Blu Hotel, Milan in the first quarter of 2010. The 250-room property, which originally opened in 2007, features the work of Indonesian firm Jaya & Associates, who incorporated an "Asia meets Italy" style into spaces. The hotel’s key characteristics include elegant limestone bathrooms, restaurant and lounge bar, spa, indoor swimming pool, and more than 8,600 square feet of meeting facilities.
