The Rezidor Hotel Group is making plans for the 249-room Radisson Blu Hotel Conakry in Guinea on Africa’s west coast. Positioned atop a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the property calls for several restaurants and bars, including an outdoor terrace and rooftop restaurant; 17,000 square feet of conference and meeting facilities; an outdoor pool; a spa; and casino. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2014.
