Restaurateur Victor Drai is set to open Rare by Drai’s. Opening this December in Los Angeles, the restaurant will serve as a reinterpretation of the steakhouse.
Contradicting the genre’s stereotypical masculine vibe, dark rooms, and fancy service, Drai reimagines the space as a modern, stylish, and welcoming steakhouse with a Los Angeles-meets-Las Vegas sensibility. Rare by Drai’s will feature a French-inspired menu serving the classics with a fresh, modern twist. 

Rare by Drai’s features 220 seats split between the restaurant’s main dining room, private dining room, and patio overlooking Sunset Blvd. Additionally, a bar and lounge will include 33 seats, a DJ, and access to the patio.
