In May, Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego will embark on a three-phase makeover. The hotel’s 1,625 guestrooms, suites, and Grand Club rooms will boast an urban feel tempered with subtle nods to the city’s maritime culture, achieved through warm teak wood and crisp white with splashes of color. Accommodations will receive new carpeting, curtains, wallcoverings, bedding, lampshades, and wall art. Changes also are set for meeting and public spaces, as well as F&B outlets.
