Regal Hotels International has signed its first property in Suzhou, China, slated to open in 2013. The 4-Star business hotel, located within a commercial development complex, will feature 280 guestrooms and suites, several restaurants, and meeting and conference space. Sicheng Group will own the property and oversee its design.
