Regal Hotels International has signed on for the 310-room Regal Yuhong Hotel in Zhengzhou, China. The property, which will be located in the city’s Aviation Zone, is expected to open next year and will feature an indoor pool, fitness center, spa, a variety of restaurants, and business and entertainment facilities. A 33,000-square-foot conference center with a pillar-free design is also in the works.
