New York-based real estate firm Related Companies has joined Habitat for Humanity to repair homes in Queens damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
Comprised of employees from Related Companies, Oxford Properties Group, Tishman Construction, and Tutor Perini, the 40-volunteer team is working on Hudson Yards⎯⎯the largest private development in the nation. Related also announced that in addition to this week’s project, the company is making a long-term commitment to Habitat for Humanity and will volunteer each year to assist in the annual Carter Work Project Events.
“The Hudson Yards team is honored to join the more than one thousand Habitat for Humanity volunteers in New York City who will be repairing homes damaged by Superstorm Sandy,” says Ronald W.
