Starwood Capital will bring the ultra-luxury Baccarat hotel brand to New York. According to the New York Post, the 120-key property will be located on the former Donnell Library site with plans to reintroduce the library on the building’s lower floors. The hotel, expected to open in 2014, also calls for luxury condos.
