The first Residence Inn by Marriott will debut in Ecuador in 2012. The hotel, located in Guayaquil, will have 143 suites featuring fully equipped kitchens, separate living and work areas, and flatscreen TVs. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, business center, and two meeting rooms.
Marriott has two other hotels in the country: the 257-room JW Marriott Quito and the 144-room Courtyard by Marriott Guayaquil.
