The Rezidor Hotel Group has entered Milan with the 250-room Radisson Blu Milan, formerly the Chedi Milan. Jaya Ibrahim of Jaya International Design brought a serene Indonesia-meets-Italy aesthetic to interiors, including guestrooms done in warm earth tones with bronze and white accents, as well as limestone bathrooms. Meanwhile, the 1,600-square-foot modern penthouse suite offers private dining and sleeping quarters, along with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private terrace.
The hotel also offers signature Italian restaurant Filini, which opens onto a garden courtyard, and a lounge bar highlighted by a marble spiral staircase. An indoor swimming pool located under a glass atrium overlooks the Milan skyline, while health and wellness facilities include a steam room, private sauna, and fitness center. Meeting and event space comprises eight meeting rooms, a 10-seat boardroom, and conference room.
