The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas will close in early May, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Village Hospitality, an affiliate of the hotel’s owner, Deutsche Bank, will no longer fund the resort because it was "no longer economically viable," the company said in a statement. Big drops in individual travelers and group business are also to blame.
