Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will enter the resort community of Palm Desert, California, after the city council narrowly approved the development, according to the Desert Sun. The $120 million project, which comprises two U-shaped buildings, will have 82 guestrooms, 59 condos, restaurants, luxury retail, a spa, and rooftop pool.
