The St. Regis Aspen Resort has completed renovations of its Presidential Suite. The total redesign overhaul marks the final step in the property’s $43 million renovation, which began in 2012.
The 2,000-square-foot suite includes a master bedroom, living room, dining room, and butler’s kitchen. Lauren Rottet of the Houston-based Rottet Studio oversaw the design.
Recalling a guest suite in a historic late 19th century manor, the Presidential Suite mixes winter gray and summer tones with natural textures for a rustic, sophisticated environment. The floors are antique oak with accent rugs, and the space includes a grand piano and fireplace. The suite is outfitted with custom furnishings, including a leather bed and desk designed by Ralph Lauren, and the marble bathrooms offer double vanities.
