Times Square hotel Row NYC has unveiled the Paparazzi suite. Inspired by paparazzo extraordinaire Ron Galella, the 1,000-square-foot suite captures the essence of New York in the 1970s.
“Times Square is the heart of New York and this suite celebrates my work and love for the city that never sleeps,” says Galella, who was known for capturing some of the most iconic celebrity shots of the time, including those of Mick Jagger, John Lennon, and Jackie O. “I think everyone should experience what it feels like to be a star in this city, if only for one night.”

The suite’s chic and contemporary décor is a nod to old Hollywood glamour. Dark hardwood floors, cut crystal, marble, palm leaves, and white leather couches recall this luxurious aesthetic. The walls also display several Ron Galella photographs. Touches for today’s traveler complete the suite with Missoni pillows, a soaking tub, a separate rain shower, and architectural nickel lighting.
