Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Urban Design has received a Gold Hard Hat Award from Mountain States Construction for its work on the Little Nell in Aspen. The firm completed a $20 million renovation in just 12 weeks to debut in time for the 2009/2010 ski season. The project team included First Finish of Baltimore, Holly Hunt, Aspen Skiing Company, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
