SBE, in collaboration with Moin Development, has announced plans for SLS Hotel New York, slated to open in summer 2013 on Park Avenue. Philippe Starck will collaborate with SBE CEO Sam Nazarian as he did on the SLS South Beach, where the iconic designer created a “dream world” theme that will find its way into the Manhattan location. The property will have 190 guestrooms, a restaurant, nightlife concept, and a rooftop lounge.
