Monte Carlo Resort and Casino and Los Angeles–based sbe plan to open the Double Barrel Roadhouse on March 7th. 


Double Barrel will mark the first authentic roadhouse space on the Strip and will be the first outlet to open within the new plaza at the front of Monte Carlo. Designed by New York–based Mark Zeff, the restaurant will showcase high-energy live music and entertainment and a Southern-inspired menu in the 12,000-square-foot, indoor-outdoor space.
“We’ve had incredible collaboration with Monte Carlo and the MGM Resorts team to develop a space that channels the attitude of a true roadhouse experience defined by great music, great food, and high-energy live entertainment,” says Mio Danilovic, sbe’s vice president of nightlife operations.
