The Sebel Pier One Sydney has unveiled seven over-water suites. Located in Walsh Bay and perched on-and-over Sydney Harbor, the suites offer views of several Australian landmarks⎯⎯including Luna Park, the Sydney Harbor Bridge, and the Opera House.
Designed by East Melbourne, Australia-based firm Bates Smart Architects, the four Harbor View Balcony suites feature direct access to private balconies-the largest measuring 430 square feet-overlooking the harbor.
With an open-plan living space and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, the suites boast considerable natural light. Eclectic art pieces in the rooms reflect the wharf’s history, and each of the bathrooms offer standalone bathtubs, twin rain showers with side jets, and double brass bowl vanities.
As well as the seven new suites, the Sebel Pier One Sydney has also completed renovations on 22 Waterside King and Heritage King rooms⎯⎯bringing the hotel’s total room count to 189.
